Media Release
As a condition of participation in a Primetime Baseball and/or an affiliate sponsored event, I hereby grant to Redbirds Baseball Inc, Primetime Baseball, and sponsors the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use my name, signature, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and registered contact information, taken or made on behalf of Primetime Baseball or its affiliates, at this event or any future event that I participate in relating to Primetime Baseball with all advertising rights reserved by Primetime Baseball. I understand that the event may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded and I agree that Primetime Baseball may use my name and likeness, in any form without regard to alterations, in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes and other media, without any additional consideration to me or any third party. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such images. signatures, video, likeness and all other promotional purposes.
Liability Waiver
I understand that in consideration and exchange for, as a condition of my participation in any Primetime Baseball events, I hereby release and indemnify Primetime Baseball, Redbirds Baseball Inc, all employees, volunteers, sponsors, DBAs, advertisers and facility owners of the premises used from all responsibility to me for anything that occurs during the event. I acknowledge that I am assuming risks and agreeing to indemnify, not to sue, and release from liability Primetime Baseball, Redbirds Baseball Inc, all employees, volunteers, sponsors, DBAs, advertisers and facility owners of the premises used. I understand and acknowledge that Baseball events involve inherent risks and dangers of serious bodily injury and/or exposed to or infected with communicable diseases and illnesses. I fully understand that by participating in the event, pre/post-event activities, I am exposing myself to these inherent risks and dangers. I have considered the nature and extent of the risks involved and I knowingly and voluntarily accept these stated risks and fully assume the risks associated with such participation. I additionally consent to treatment in the event of an emergency or other incident in which, in the reasonable judgement of the on-site personnel, I require medical care. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with my participation in the event.
